In addition to the BRUFASOL product line, bright yellow bismuth vanadate pigments (Pigment Yellow 184), Bruchsaler Farbenfabrik has also established the BRUFATEC product line, which are full substitutes for cadmium orange and cadmium red. Bruchsaler Farbenfabrik has developed two color shades with intensive research work in order to be able to offer a true alternative.
The BRUFATEC pigments are inorganic-organic hybrid pigments with a brilliant color tone, high opacity and excellent resistances. The pigments are produced on site in Bruchsal in an individual process. This ensures optimized homogeneity. Like our other production, the manufacturing process of the pigments is subject to strict quality control. BRUFATEC behaves like a mono-pigment, Orange 29070 and Red 29100 are coloristically comparable to cadmium orange and cadmium red.
